There is a substantial lack of knowledge about factors influencing the success of strategic training, even among those who deal with them professionally. For this reason we place a heavy emphasis on training our clients to run successful projects.

This can include training on the general principles as well as specific training for problems encountered in a particular focus area.

We do have in-house training facility at our office. The training’s are tailor made to organisations requirements or could be the AgileOne’s standard one.
